That is why Facebook is still a platform heavily used by companies. But what should we do to perform well on Facebook?

1. Start by configuring your page as well as possible

First make sure you set up your page properly. Among the important elements to consider we can think of:

  • The design of your banner and profile picture. Your brand image that is at stake
  • Include a concise and clear description of your services in the “About” section
  • Make sure you enter links to your website, your coordinates and ways to reach you. 
  • Configure your alerts and your “bot” to be on the lookout for requests via Messenger and your comments
